Founder

Jimmy Murphy is the visionary behind Havas People’s latest offering, deeply committed to promoting neurodiversity in the workplace. With extensive experience in strategic planning, digital marketing, and analytics, Jimmy leads the team with passion and dedication to making workplaces more inclusive. His innovative approach has driven initiatives that empower neurodivergent individuals and create supportive environments.

Laurel Rossi is CEO of Creative Spirit and brings her vast experience in inclusive branding, communications, and business development to the team.
